Order Processing and Shipping

Stock Designs: We aim to process and ship stock items within 14 - 21 business days after your order is confirmed. Your order will be promptly prepared for shipment to reach you as efficiently as possible.

Custom Made Designs: For custom-made items, please allow up to 25 days for production. Our artisans work diligently to craft unique pieces tailored to your specifications, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail.

Customs and Duty Charges

Please be aware that duty charges may apply to international shipments. Islamic Art Hub cannot be held responsible for these charges. We recommend contacting your state or country department for further information regarding potential duty charges.

Listing Error
In case a listing is made in error, we reserve the right to decline the sale and issue a refund to the buyer. We strive for accuracy in our listings, but should an error occur, we appreciate your understanding as we work to rectify the situation.
